Se7en, “There isn’t a big difference from when I debuted at 20 years old”

Singer Se7en may be a 10-year K-Pop veteran, but he returns to the boyish roots of his debut days for the latest issue of entertainment and lifestyle magazine 1st Look.

With lollipop in mouth and a skateboard hung over his shoulder, Se7en gets playful for the spread, displaying a youthful energy that makes it hard to believe the singer is facing age 30.

“There isn’t a big difference from when I debuted at 20 years old,” said Se7en in the accompanying interview. “As I mature, I want to maintain the innocence of a young boy.”

While Se7en still exudes the boyish charm of his Come Back to Me days, the singer has definitely grown up, even becoming the CEO of a restaurant chain.

“After becoming a CEO, I understand President Yang Hyun Suk’s heart,” said Se7en.

He also revealed he would like to found his own entertainment company one day and train a solo singer like himself.

The singer, who recently wrapped up promotions in Korea and is set to release a new single in Japan this month, said, “I want communication rather than success when I advance into foreign markets. I just want to show my stage to the many people of this world. I plan to carry out an Asia tour while promoting in Japan.”
